Are your products 100% natural?

No doubt, we maximize the use of natural and nature-derived ingredients in our products, but we’ll be honest: our products are not always 100% natural as in most cases it is not possible. Many brands group nature-derived chemicals, such as SLS, as “natural” because it is derived from coconut oil (just as an example). Nothing could be farther from the truth. We believe that the classification we’ve followed is transparent – in keeping with our values.

If we could make things 100% natural we make them, with maximum and continuous effort, our team and skin care science allows us to formulate great products that work, by combining the best of natural goodies and absolutely safe synthetic stuff, and we are practitioners of that science. We guarantee, however, that our products are 100% safe, and we stay away from even doubtful ingredients.

Are your products safe to use on sensitive skin?

Yes, we believe all of them are safe, we always keep in mind while formulating them. However, it was always recommended for people with sensitive skin to patch test any new product on a small patch on their forearm before using them more widely.

Are your products Cruelty Free?

Yes, all our products are cruelty-free, i.e. we don't use animal-derived ingredients & we don't test our products on animals. Guaranteed.

Are your products Vegan / Vegetarian?

Yes. Our products are 100% vegan and vegetarian.

You use SLES in your products. Is it safe?

SLES is a safe surfactant, no harm with it. unfortunately got is name sullied due to its close resemblance to SLS, a proven harsh surfactant and skin irritant. If SLES is mentioned in any brand, nothing is wrong with the selection of ingredients, definitely you can use it without any doubt.

For how long is each Ever Secret product safe to use?

Once opened, use each product within 4 months to ensure you extract the most amount of goodness from it, however the unopened product will expire 3 years after the manufacturing date.

Where do you Ship to?

We are currently shipping to India only. Please watch out this space for information on international shipping.  Across India, we ship to all locations and offer Prepaid or Cash on Delivery services, both.

Is the product picture on your website exactly the same as item that I will receive?

We make every effort to provide our valuable customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colous and that  the actual colur of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images, In this case be assured that the product you receive will be more attractive and appealing than what you can see on the web pages as no 3D effect is used to make product virtually more attractive, pictures are taken as  such of the original products.

Under what conditions can I return/replace my product?

-Wrong product delivered- In this case we request you as it becomes imperative to  make a video while opening the product/order when received and raise concern within 7 days of the order delivered date.

- Expired product delivered- In rare cases if this happens, just share the order details and batch no. of the product.

- Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging, need video while opening the order so that we can understand the nature and cause of damage.

- Incomplete order – missing products, kindly provide the video while opening the pack so that the concern can be addressed properly..

Will you restock items indicated as out of stock?

Our team take utmost care to maintain our inventory. If in any case product is out of stock, as soon as it is available, we will restock items.
